Hello everyone! 

How are you all? Hope you all are doing well. My today’s  post is for those who like to keep things as natural and chemical-free as possible. These herbs  are not a ‘miracle’  like some people seem to believe,but these clearly have some important health benefits. Our nature has provided thousands of natural medicines which we can use for sesonal ailments. We need not to take antibiotics everytime. We should try to include natural herbs in our day to day life. If you would try to see your kitchen shelf then most of the natural medicines of your disease will be there but the problem is only lack of knowledge. So, here i am going to tell you about those things which you can used in place of antibiotics. You should try to include in your daily meal . 


Ginger is the most gifted herb by our mother’s nature. It is used for treating respiratory and stomach infections caused by bacteria. It is helpful in cold and cough,stomach ache and respiratory disorder. Ginger heats up the body and encourages blood circulation. I used to give ginger juice to my daughters everyday and they have never faced any stomach problem till now😄. So i have full faith on it. I always applied any herb first on myself then i would like to give these to my kids. So when i am benfitted by this easily available kitchen herb then i think you can easily cure any seasonal disease by including this to your daily meal.


It is the most common and powerful herb in your kitchen cabinet. It is known to even reduce and treat cancerous tumors. It has antibacterial and anti inflammatory content due to the presence of curcumin. My mom generally used this on any cut or wound because of its antibacterial property. You can mix one tsp of turmeric in one cup of warm milk and take this before going to bed. It will also improves your sleeping disorder. 


ACV  is a wonder extract which helps you to manage pH level in the stomach,fat metabolism and aids in sugar digestion to maintain the right glycaemic index, it also flushes out toxins and keeps you active full day. I have already explained its benefits in my previous article. It is also helpful in curing acne and treating moles,warts and skintags. Taking one tsp of ACV with luke warm water in the morning gives you excellent result after some time. 

   • GARLIC-

  Any fungal and bacterial infection can be cured by this easily available kitchen item. We used it in our meal but do you know how beneficial this one is for your health?  It is beneficial to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar level as well as burning fat, purifying blood , avoiding heart diseases and skin and hair problem can also be solved by taking this. Try to consume  one or two cloves of raw  or semi cooked garlic to derive any of its benefits.  

 Asthmatic patient should not take raw garlic because it may have some side effects


Honey is a natural sweetner and i had  already told you the benefits of honey in my article ‘Amazing benefits of honey and cinnamon ‘ ! It is beneficial in treating skin and respiratory infections caused by bacteria. You can take  one tsp of honey in luke warm water in the morning. You should keep in mind that honey should never be cooked or heated as doing so can create toxins. 


Onions are used in our kitchen to provide flavour in our dishes.  Inspite of adding flavours they also provide nutrients and health promoting phytochemicals. It is beneficial for cardic patient,provides cancer protection. It is also helpful in curing  cold, cough and fever. If anyone can take raw onion with their meal then, it would be more beneficial. 


Baking soda is not used only for cleaning purposes and for fermenting food but can also be used for your health related issues. Yes, baking soda can be used as a mouthwash, skin care routine, heartburn and for making your body alkaline. Acidic body is more disease prone then alkaline one. So if you start taking 1/2 tsp of baking soda with 1/2 cup of water then it will helpful in making your body alkalic.                                                           IT IS ALSO HELPFUL FOR ACIDIC PATIENTS

  • LEMON-

  Lemon is a very rich source  of getting vitamin C. One cup of fresh lemon juice provides 187% of your body recommended serving of vitamin C. You can cure many diseases such as throat infections, indigestion, constipation, dental problem, fever,burns,obesity,respiratory disorders,cholera,high blood pressure and hair and skin problems by just taking one glass of luke warm lemon water daily in the morning. 

      So by just adding these food items in your diet plan you can cure many diseases. Above all are the most excellent natural antibiotics which can be used by those who have proven to be allergic to pharmaceutical graden antibiotics. Many seasonal ailments can easily be cured by taking above mentioned things.     Amazing benefits of honey and cinnamon

    Hello everyone, you all are well aware of the benefits of honey and all of us  use honey as it is sweet, it’s the favourite of kids 😄as well as elders .But do you know the best ways to use honey ?? Yes, we can cure many diseases as our kitchen shelf itself provides so many solutions of health problem that we need not to go to the doctor for general health problems. Some spices which are easily available in our kitchen,if we know its exact benefits then we can cure many diseases, so here are simple tips/uses or amazing benefits of honey and cinnamon –


      • Fatigue-  If we feel tired then we can take half tablespoon of honey in  glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder.
      • Sore throat – Its a general problem and can be cured by taking  one tsp cinnamon powder, one tsp ginger powder, half tsp pepper powder and one tsp honey in a glass of water. We can take this mixture twice a day.


      • Immune system-  If we take one tsp of honey and a pinch of cinnamon in a cup of green tea we can protect the body from bacterial and viral infections.
    •  Bladder infections- One tsp of cinnamon powder and one tsp of honey in a glass of Luke warm water can destroy the germs in the bladder.
      • Acidity- Acidity is a general problem found in every household. We can cure it by taking fennel seeds or saunf to one cup of boiled water. Cover the mixture and leave it overnight. In the morning strain the water and add one tsp of honey and drink it. Take it at least three times a day.
      • Arthritis – Any arthritis person can be benefit by taking one cup of hot water with one tbsp or two tsp of honey and one small tsp of cinnamon powder taken regularly. Chronic arthritis can also be cured by taking this.
      • Cholesterol – We can reduced the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within two hours if we take two tsp of honey and three tsp of cinnamon powder mixed in 16 ounces or 475 ml of green tea and drink.
      •  Hearing loss- If we take honey and cinnamon powder in equal quantities and mix them and then take daily morning and night regularly, we can restore hearing.
      • Cancer-  Cancer itself is a life threatening disease. Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully if person suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take one tsp of honey with one tsp of cinnamon powder mix in warm water 3 times a day for one month.
      • Skin infections – All types of eczema, ring worms and all types of infections can be cured if we apply honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts of the affected areas.
      •Stomach  Aches/Stomach
       Ulcer-  If we take one tsp of honey with one fourth tsp of cinnamon powder in a cup of ginger water then it cures stomach aches as well as stomach ulcers.
       • Pimples- Pimples is a general problem of teenagers. If we mix three tbsp of honey with one tbsp of  cinnamon powder and apply this on pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water.  It removes all pimples from the root if done regularly for two weeks.


      • Bad breath-  Gargle with honey and cinnamon powder mixed in warm water.
      • Cold and cough- If we take one tsp of honey in lukewarm water mixed with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder daily for three days then it is very helpful to cure chronic cough,cold and clear the nose.
      •Heart disease- If we make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder  and put it on toast instead of using jam or butter and eat it regularly for breakfast, it reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and could potentially save one from heart attack.
      • Influenza – Drink a cup of warm water to which a teaspoon of honey and half a lemon have been added. This looses the phlegm so that the body can get rid of it. This should be repeated around 2 to 3 times a day.

    Simple tips to keep you fit

    Hello everyone, today i am sharing some important tips, which i think everyone should follow and adopt in their daily routine life to keep themselves fit and healthy. It’s rightly said that PRECAUTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. So we should take care of some important points . I think you all should know these tips.  So here, they are-


    1.  We should keep ourselves in tune with change in season, exercise schedule and following a well planned diet.
    2. Your knee problem can never be cured by any doctor if you drink water while standing. Always drink water in a sitting position.
    3. Always try to eat fresh homemade food and fresh fruits but in limited quantities. For your proper digestion and a sound sleep ,food should be taken at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.


    4. Oil massage should be a part of your daily routine.
    5. Instead of taking soft drinks you should take coconut water and coconut milk as it is sweet,easy digestible, improves hunger and cleanse the urinary bladder.


    6. Everyone should try to opt vegetarian diet as it gives more nourishment to the body than non-vegetarian foods.
    7. Try to start your day by taking Luke warm lemon water as it helps to wash out toxins from the body.


    8. A glass of hot water is more effective in giving relief in pain than a painkiller.
    9. Yoga and exercise should be a part of your daily routine life.
    10. Drinking buttermilk is excellent as it is easily digestible, enlargement of abdomen,loss of appetite and anemia.
    11. Always try to include ginger and garlic in your diet in any form .

    Amazing tips to cure seasonal diseases

    Hello everyone, hope you all are fit and fine😄.Today, i will share my own experience which i recently faced when my elder daughter
    got cough and cold and not responding to any medicines which i gave to her. Its my weak point that my whole world revolves around my two daughters and i cann’t  see them in pain. There was a moment when i was very depressed  & then suddenly i remembered the old remedy which i had totally forgotten. When i applied it on my daughter which she totally disagreed to, but i forcefully applied it on her then the magic happened. She was totally fit and fine the very next morning. So, do you want to know the name of that magical remedy? It is none other than KEROSENE OIL:oops::oops:.


       Don’t be afraid. If you have fever, cough and cold then just rub this on your feet for atleast 5-10 minutes. If you rub it at night before going to bed then you will notice when you wake up you will be perfectly fine. There is no need to take antibiotics because it acts just like crocin medicine. When i get fever i just rub this oil under my feet and it works really well.
       If you have sore throat then you can rub it on your neck and if you have chest congestion then it can be rub on your chest.
        Friends, i am not in favour of taking antibiotics for such seasonal diseases, when anyone can cure by just doing simple remedies, then what’s the use of taking medicines.
    Prevention of chickenpox and measles
    It is rightly said that PRECAUTION IS BETTER THAN CURE .Anyone can save themselves from chickenpox and measles if they take precauctionery homeopathic
    medicine. You can take it in the month of January and August. The name of these medicines are
    DOSE-  Adult dose is 5 drops each in 1/2 cup of water daily for three days.
    • Children of age group 5-12 can take 3 drops each in 1/2 cup of water in a day for three days.
    • Children of age group between 1-5 can take 2 drops each in 1/4 cup of  water in a day for three days.
    • Children of age group between 6 months to one year can take 1drop each in one tablespoon of water for three days.
    P. S. –
    •  Please take care when you apply kerosene oil.You should keep yourself away from fire.
    •  Rubbing oil before going to bed gives better result.
    •  Chickenpox and measles  medicines can be taken in any month but because measles and chickenpox generally occurs in March and September so if anyone take medicines before this, it gives better result.

    How to cure Allergies

         Hi,everyone,hope you all are fit and fine. Oh! Ya i have changed the name of my blog because i want to share everything with you in one blog.I hope you don’t mind it all😄.Now come to the point ‘allergy’ means an altered or abnormal tissue reaction after exposure to an antigen. The allergic reaction occurs if the body tissues by direct contact with the skin or various mucous membranes of the organs or through the bloodstream after absorption. Almost any part of the body can be affected by allergies.
                Allergic reactions are caused by a wide range of substances and conditions. These include pollens,dust,cosmetics and animal hair,poisonous plants, serums,vaccines and drugs;physical agents such as heat,cold and sunlight as well as a variety of foods. The foods that commonly cause allergic reactions are  oranges,milk,eggs,wheat,fish and other sea foods,chocolates,tomatoes and strawberries.


    Causes and Symptoms
          Allergic symptoms are manifested in various forms in different organs. These include recurring headaches,migraines,
    tis,eczema,hay fever,stuffy or runny nose,diarrhoea,vomiting,
    urticaria,asthma,shortness of breath  and swelling of face and eyes.
          Allergy is an indication of
    disharmony caused by dietetic errors and a faulty style of living.
    It is also caused by excessive consumption of refined and processed foods or junk foods😒.
      Ya, i know today we all love pizza,cold drinks etc., but they all are bad effect on our health.

    1.  Neem leaves- Neem leaves are very good remedy to cure skin allergy. Anyone can take fresh neem leaves paste or dried neem leaves powder as per their age.1-2 tb. spoon twice a day can be taken.


    2. Indra jau- Indra jau is the best remedy to cure skin allergy. I already used it and its very effective. We can take 1-2 indra
    jau in the morning with water
    Sorry friends, i couldn’t  find its
    english name 😒. It is easily available in local grocery store.

    3. Nutrients- Certain nutrients have been found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of allergies. Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid brings great relief to the sufferer. This vitamin may be taken in a dose of 100mg daily for a month.  A dose of 400mg of vitamin E can also be taken daily for four to six weeks as this vitamin possesses effective anti-allergic properties.
    4. Castor Oil- An effective home remedy for allergy has been discovered by an Indian physician,Dr. Hemant Pathak. He found that five drops of castor oil in half a cup of any fruit or vegetable juice,or plain water and taken on an empty stomach in the morning,is beneficial for allergies of the intestinal tract,skin and nasal passages.
    5. Lemon- Lemon or lime is effective for any kind of allergy. Half a lime may be squeezed in a glass of water and sweetened with a teaspoon of honey. It acts as an antitoxic and antiallergic agent. It can be taken once daily first thing in the morning for several


    6. Bananas-  Some people are allergic to certain foods and suffer from skin rashes,digestive disorder or asthma, can take one or two bananas a day.


    7. Vegetable Juices-  A combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices has been found beneficial in the treatment of allergies. It also boost your immunity level and gives energy to fight diseases. This should be taken once daily.


    Dietary Considerations-
    1.  Everyone should try to boost their immunity level or strengthen overall physical resistance.
    2.  Patient should take fresh fruits and vegetables.
    3. Foods which should be excluded from the diet are tea,coffee,chocolates,cola drinks, alcohol,sugar and products made from it,refined cereals,meat,fish,chicken,tobacco,milk,cheese,butter,smoked and salted pickled foods and foods containing any chemical additives,preservatives and flavourings.

    How to cure backache

        Hello friends, today i am back with a most common ailment prevalent today. Backache, which is caused due to sedentary living habits,hazardous work pattern and psychological conditions associated with emotional stress.
    As the back bears the weight of the entire body overweight person feels the strain on the back  when they have to carry an extra load



      In most cases of backache, the pain is usually felt either in the middle of the back or lower down. It may spread both sides of the waist and the hips. In a condition of acute pain the patient is unable to move and is bedridden.
         About ninety percent of backache patients suffer from what is called cervical and lumber spondylosis. It is degenerative disorder in which the different vertebrae adhere to each othet through bony unions. As a result of this,the spine loses its flexibility
      The main causes of backache and spondylosis are muscular tension, straining of the joints,poor posture and incorrect nutrition resulting from dietetic errors and lack of exercise. Other causes include stress and strain resulting from sitting for a long time,improper lifting of weights,high heels and emotional problems which may cause painful muscle cramping.
    1. Garlic—-   Its a very good home remedy for backache. Two or three cloves of garlic should be taken every morning to get results. An oil prepared from garlic and rubbed on the back will give great relief. Any oil such as mustard oil or sesame seed oil can be used. They should be fried on a slow fire till they are brown.image

    2.  Lemon—-   The juice of one lemon should be mixed with common salt and taken by the patient twice daily.It will give great relief. image

    3.  Chebulic Myroblan-—   The use of chebulic myroblan is beneficial in the treatment of backache. A small piece of this fruit should be eaten after meals. This will give great relief.

    4.   Vitamin C—–   Vitamin C has proved valuable in case of severe
    backaches. About 200mg of this vitamin should be taken  daily for treating this condition. 

    5. Potato—- Raw potato is an ancient home remedy for backache characterised by incapacitating pain in the lumber region especially in the lower part of the back. Application of the raw potato in the form of a poultice has been found very effective in this condition.


    1. The diet of those suffering from backache should consist of a salad of raw vegetables such as tomato,carrot,cabbage,cucumber,
    radish,lettuce and at least two steamed or lightly cooked vegetables such as cauliflower,cabbage,carrot,spinach and plenty of fruits except bananas.
    2.  The patient should  have four meals daily.
    3.  In breakfast fruits and milk should be taken.
    4.  For lunch steamed vegetables and wholewheat chapatis should be taken.
    5.  In the evening fresh fruit or fruit juice can be taken.
    6.  A bowl of raw salad and sprouts during dinner.
    The patient should avoid fatty,spicy and fried foods,curd,sweetmeats and sugar,tea and coffee. Foods that have been processed for preservation have few nutrients and should also be eliminated from the diet.

    Smoking or taking tobacco in any form should be given up completely. Yogic asanas which are beneficial in the treatment of backache are bhujangasana,shalabhasana,halasana,uttanpadasana and shavasana.


    Hello friends, today I’m sharing with you the solutions of the most common health problem in our home. Yes,you are right,it is none other than ACIDITY.It is also called heart-burn.

    In our blood there is 20% acid and 80% alkali,and when the proportion of acid increases,then we suffer from acidity.People suffering from acidity feel a burning sensation after having meals.We should try to make our body alkali.It is aggravated when the patient suffers from constipation.


    1. Burning sensation in the chest.


    3.Pain in upper part of the abdomen.

    4.Vomiting tendency.

    5.Patient may suffer from nausea,giddiness and headache.






    1.AMLA POWDER-Amla powder is very much effective for curing acidity.Adults can take one teaspoon twice a day.

    2.CARROT JUICE-Carrot juice is a rich source of vitamin A.It corrects acidosis very effectively so anyone can take one or two cups of carrot juice daily.It is also helpful in correcting eyesight.


    3.Black Pepper-Black Pepper should be mixed with rock salt in equal quantity and should be taken one teaspoon daily.It cures acidity.

    4.Lemon-It is a myth  that lemon is acidic so people do not take it in acidity.Lemon cures acidity.You can take lemon water two to three times in a day.It is a good remedy.


    5.Cow’s Milk-Cow’s milk is considered to be exceedingly useful for the treatment of this condition.The patient should preferably be kept exclusively on milk diet(added with sugar).



    6.Cloves-Cloves or laung are aromatic.It is commonly used for the spice and medicinal purposes.Chewing cloves just after taking meal cures acidity.

    7.JaggeryJaggery or gur(in hindi)is very effective in curing acidity.Everyone should take a small piece of jaggery just after meal.

    1.Patient should not expose himself /herself to hard mental or physical work.

    2.Should not take oily or junk food.

    3.Try to make your body alkalic by taking alkaline food.

    Treatment of dark circles around eyes

    Treatment of dark circles around eyes

    Face is the mirror of our personality and eyes are the window to the soul. Dark circles is not a disease but a sign of disease.


    Causes of dark circles

    1. Strain during studies.
    2. Writing during the night.
    3. Needle work and painting are also considered to put lot of strain on the eye.
    4. Reading while lying on the bed is contra-indicated.

    5.Staying up till late night especially for the purpose of studying and witnessing film                shows.

    1. Deficiency of vitamin A, D and iron in blood.

    Remedies to cure dark circles

    1. Cucumber – Cucumber has a special enzyme by which dark circles can be cured. Cut the cucumber and simply rub it on your face and leave it for a few minutes then wash it off.



    1. Mint- Mint is also very effective. Just take some mint leaves and make a fine paste and apply it on dark circled area.
    2. Tulsi-  Tulsi is another effective element for removing dark circles. Make fine paste of some  tulsi leaves.It also removes other marks on the face.
    1. Tomato and lemon- Tomato and lemon juice works as a miracle for dark circles. Take 5ml. of tomato juice and 2 or 3 drops of lemon,mix them and rub around eyes. It works wonder.
