How To Make Unsalted Butter or Makhan At Home

Hello Friends,

Hope you all are doing great! Guys, if you are interested in the recipe of Unsalted butter, then it’s for you. Today , I am going to share the recipe of making unsalted butter at home which you all can use in making cakes, cookies and other things. It is very much easy.

INGREDIENTS-

1. Cream or malai- 1 cup

2. Chilled water- as per requirement

METHOD-

1. Pour the cream or malai in the mixer container, mix chilled water.

2. Just mix it for 3-4 minutes. After that you can see that all the butter were accumulated .

3. Take all the butter in a bowl and store it in the fridge.

Masoor Dal Recipe/Masaledaar Dal/Tadka Recipe

Hello Everyone!

Hope you all are doing great. Dal is an integral part of our daily menu. Making same recipe everyday is really boring 😞! As we all know that eating dal daily is good and very healthy. Masoor dal is very nutritious and its its taste is really great. Masoor dal is always my favourite dish.

INGREDIENTS

* Masoor Dal- 2 cups

* Onion- 1 ( Big size)

* Tomato- 1

* Bay leaves-1

* Cloves- 2-3

* Cinnamon powder- 1/4th tsp

* Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tbs

* Red chilli powder-1 tsp

* Coriander powder- 2-3 tsp

* Asafetida/hing- a pinch of

* Ghee- 2-3 tbs

* Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup

METHOD-

* Wash and soak masoor dal for for 2 hours.

* Pressure cook it for 2-3 minutes after one whistle .

* Take a kadahi and pour ghee. Put bayleaved and 2 cloves.

* Now make small pieces of the onion and mix it in the ghee. After roasting it well till it becomes dark brown add tomoto pieces and roast it .

* Mix turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder and roast it until ghee separate.

* Add boiled dal and mix it very well .

* Boil it and add coriander leaves, cinnamon powder . Turn off the flame.

Your tasty dal is ready to serve

Chilli Paneer Recipe With Video / How to make Chilli Paneer

Hope you all are doing great. Festive season is gone now. Just have to follow daily routine work😊 ! But for a refreshing change you can make this super tasty chilli paneer. It is really delicious and yummy😍! You can serve it with roti, naan or rice. It is very much easy to make this recipe. I am sharing you the very simple and easy recipe.

INGREDIENTS

* Paneer- 250 gm

* Cornflour- 4tbs

* Capsicum- 2 medium sized

* Onion- 2 medium sized

* Gatlic- 3-4 cloves

* Coriander Powder- 3 tsp

* Salt- as per taste

* Soya sauce- 2 tsp

* Tomato sauce- 2 tsp

* Vineger- 1/2 tsp

* Black Pepper- 2 tsp

* Oil- as per requirement

METHOD

* Wash and cut capsicum & paneer into small pieces. Keep aside.

* Make a thin paste of cornflour by adding water, salt and pepper. Fry all paneer pieces in a kadahi. Keep aside.

* Cut onion into thick pieces. Take a kadahi, add oil. Now pour garlic, let it brown,stir it well. Add onion pieces and capsicum . Cook it for 10 minutes.

* Add coriander powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vineger, cornflour paste, salt & black pepper. Add water according to the consistency you needed.

* Mix fried paneer pieces. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. 

Now your tasty chilli paneer is ready to serve .

Kadahi Paneer Recipe/Without Onion Garlic Paneer Recipe/Restaurant Style Paneer Curry With Video

Hope you all are doing great! Today I am going to share restaurant style paneer curry recipe with thick gravy. You can prepare it very easily at home. Recipes of paneer is always all time favourite dish of everyone as generally it is liked and loved by all age groups. Isn’t it😊! Soon I will share kadahi paneer using onion & garlic. Here we go-

Ingredients

* Paneer- 250 gm

* Tomato – 250 gm

* Melon seeds- 2 tsp

* Cashews- 2 tsp

* Khuskhus/Poppy seeds- 2 tsp

* Coriander powder- 2 tsp

* Turmeric- 1 tsp

* KashmirI lal mirch- 2 tsp

*Asafoetida- a pinch of

* Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp

* Big cardamom – 1

* Green cardamom – 2

* Salt- as per taste

* Bay leaves- 1

* Ghee/oil- 3 tsp

Method

* First cut paneer into small pieces and keep aside. Now make powder of  big cardamom & green cardamom. 

* Make a paste of poppyseeds, Cashews, Melon seeds & tomatoes.

* Take a nonstick kadahi and pour Ghee or oil. Put bay leaves & Asafoetida.  Stir well. 

* Add the smooth paste of dry fruits & tomatoes.  Add all spices as Coriander powder, turmeric & red chilli. Stir well until oil or Ghee separates. 

* After roasting it well on medium flamed burner, add 2 cups of water. Add cardamom powder, Cinnamon  powder & salt. Boil it for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes and let it boil for 2 more minutes.

Now your tasty kadahi paneer is ready to serve.

Panchmel Dal/Pulses Recipe With Video

Hope you all are doing great. You all have heard of this saying, ‘ Dal bhaat khao Prabhu key ghun gao’ ! In Indian kitchen dal has its own special place. Today I am going to share Panchmel Dal recipe. As it’s a known fact that dal is very much nutritious & healthy. In this panchmel dal, as the name itself indicates it is made from the mixture of five different dals/pulses.

INGREDIENTS-

* Arhar dal- 2 tbs

* Chana dal – 2 tbs

* Moong dal- 2 tbs

* Urad dal – 2 tbs

* Masoor dal – 2 tbs

* Onion- 1

* Cumin- 1 tsp

* Cloves- 2-3

* Big Cardamom- 1

* Green Cardamom- 1

* Coriander Powder- 2 tsp

* Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp

* Dried red chilli- 1-2

* Tomato- 1

* Bay leaves- 1

* Curry leaves- 8-10

* Asafetida- a pinch of

* Salt- as per taste

* Ghee- 2 tbs

METHOD-

* Soak all pulses or dal for 2 hours, wash it and keep aside.

* Cut onion & tomato in small pieces. Make powder of big cardamom, green cardamoms and cloves.

* Boil dal in a pressure cooker while adding salt. Pressure cook for 4-5 minutes after one whistle.

* Take a kadahi. Pour ghee, add  cumin, bayleaves,curry leaves,onion, Hing  and onions. Stir till onion become dark brown. Mix tomato,stir it well. 

* Add coriander powder,turmeric powder. Stir it well till oil separates.

* Mix boiled dal . Add powder of cardamoms, cloves and salt. Let it boil for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

* Mix Coriander leaves and your tasty dal is ready to serve.

It is always appreciated or liked by every age group of people. We can make so many dishes by using Paneer or cottage cheese. Paneer Khurchan is one of them.

INGREDIENTS-


* Paneer- 250 gm

* Red capsicum- 1

* Green capsicum – 1

* Yellow capsicum – 1

* Tomato puree- 1 cup

* Onion – 2

* Turmeric- 1 tsp

* Coriander Powder- 2 tsp

* Cumin – 1 tsp

* Ginger paste- 1 tsp

* Salt- as per taste

* Sugar- 1 tsp

* Cardamom Powder- 1 tsp

* Coriander Leaves – 1/4th cup

* Oil- 2 tsp

METHOD- 


* Cut onion, capsicums & paneer in thin slices after washing. Keep aside.

* Take a kadahi. Pour oil and put cumin & green chilli.After crackling , add ginger and onion. When onions become brown, add coriander powder, turmeric & tomato puree. Stir well .

* Add all capsicums and cook for a while till it becomes tender.

* Add some water and salt for a thick gravy. Put all paneer pieces, Cardamom powder & sugar.Cook it for 5 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Tasty & delicious paneer Khurchan it ready to serve.

Pattagobhi Manchurian Recipe/Cabbage Manchurian Recipe With Video

Hope you all are doing great. Selecting a recipe for your daily menu is a great task😂, isn’t it ?? Well today, I am going to share a recipe which will be liked by everyone. It’s Cabbage Manchurian or Pattagobhi Manchurian Recipe. This dish  has an awesome flavour & taste. You can even serve it to your guests.

INGREDIENTS-

* Cabbage(Finely chopped)- 250gm

* Cornflour- 4tbs

*Refined flour/ Maida- 2tbs

* Capsicum- 1 medium sized

* Onion- 2 medium sized

* Tomato sauce- 2tbs

* Soya sauce- 2tsp

* Red chilly sauce- 2tsp

* Vinegar- 1 tsp

* Green chilli- 1-2 as per taste

* Garlic- 3-4 cloves

* Ginger- 3-4 inches

* Black pepper- 1tbs

* Coriander leaves- 1/4th cup

* Salt- as per taste

* Sugar- 1 tsp

METHOD-

*, First of all, cut all the vegetables. Cabbage/ pattagobhi should be chopped finely and cut the onion into small pieces also cut capsicum into small pieces. Remove the skin of garlic and ginger. Cut garlic into small pieces and crushed ginger.

* First we have to make pakoris of pannagobhi. Take cabbage/pattagobhi in a bowl. Mix ginger, salt, Maida and cornflour. Leave one tbs corn flour for making the paste. Now mix all the ingredients very well and if needed then add water.Take a kadahi and pour oil for frying pakoris.  Make small sized pakoris and keep aside.

* Take a second kadahi . Pour 1 tbs of oil. Add garlic and green chilli. When garlic becomes brown then add onion. Stir it well. Add capsicum and let it cook for some time. When capsicum cooked then add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce & vinegar. Mix sugar and stir well.

* Make a paste of 1 tbs cornflour by adding water in the cornflour. Pour it in the kadahi and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. The consistency of the gravy should be thick. Add cabbage pakoras in the gravy. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.

Easy & Instant  Aloo Biryani ( Eid Special)

Hello everyone!

Eid Mubarak to all of you! Today I am going to share a very quick & easy Biryani recipe which anyone can cook without any hassle.  It is very tasty & can be prepared instantly . Just have a look-

Ingredients-

Basmati rice- 500gm

Potato- 4-5 ( as per your choice)

Onion- 3 large sized

Ginger-  a small piece

Garlic- 7-8 cloves

Bay leaves- 2

Curd- 125gm

Biryani masala- 4 tsp

Meetha Iter( sweet edible essence)- 2 tsp

Kewada essence- 2 tsp

Oil- 4 tbs

Salt- as per taste

Water- double of rice

Method-

Peel off potato, wash it and fry it in a non-stick kadahi (oil absorption is less). Keep aside. Now make a paste of onion,ginger and garlic. Take a pressure cooker, pour oil and add bay leaves-onion ,ginger & garlic paste,saute it  , add Biryani masala . Saute it  until oil separates. Mix curd and fry it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Now mix fried potato. Wash Basmati rice and drain it . Mix rice in the cooker , stir well. Add sweet essence, kewada essence, salt & water( as if you have taken 2 cups of rice then add 4 cups of water). Close the cooker lid . After one whistle , cook rice on the low flame for 3-4 minutes. Put off the flame and your tasty, delicious and instant Aloo Biryani is ready to serve.
