Hope you all are doing great. In my previous post I had shared the recipe of making unsalted butter. Well, today I am going to share the recipe of pure ghee. Yes, friends you can easily make ghee at home. It doesn’t require so much labour.

Malai or cream – 1 cup (or as required)
1. Take a non stick kadahi and pour all the malai.
2. Now stir it on medium to high flame. Keep stirring.
3. After some time you will see transparent bubble and ghee is separating.
4. When the residue turn golden brown, turn off the flame and strain it.
Your pure ghee is ready within few minutes.
