Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian Food. In India Pizza and Pasta are becoming most popular dishes. Now even in Indian wedding they are served as top most dishes. There are around 500 types of pasta available in different sauces to make up myraid dishes. Today I am sharing red pasta recipe which will surely wow your taste buds:mrgreen:!
Red Pasta Sauce Recipe-
Red Pasta is generally like be everyone. It is very tasty and easy to cook. Here is the recipe with step wise photos.
Pasta- 1.5 cups(any type)
Olive oil- 2-3 tbs
Garlic cloves- 3-4
Chopped Onion- 3-4 tbs
Red tomatoes – 2-3 (nedium sized)
Red chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Cheese- 2-3 tbs
Salt- as per taste
1. Boil tomotoes for 3-4 minutes on medium to high flame. Let it cool. Peel off the tomatoes and blend them in a mixer to make puree. Set aside.
2. In a large pot, bring water to boil.Cook pasta with salt untill al dente. Now drain off & rinse them. Set aside.
3. Heat pan with oil. Fry garlic and chilli flakes. Add onions & saute it untill golden brown. Pour the puree and salt. Mix it well and keep stirring untill its consistency becomes thick. It should not be watery.
4. Add pasta and oregano. Toss well. Now serve with garnishing it with grated cheese.
