As you all would know that Thai cuisine is the national cuisine of Thailand. There is use of ingridents with medicinal benefit as well as good flavour. To be very honest, I always review any product only after using it. I always try to give honest views. So, today I made three veggies from this spice. Mixed vegetable with paneer, cauliflower veggie and spinach. Spinach is the favourite of my hubby. So, I always try to make different variations. All dishes are awesome, really the flavour and aroma is different from usual one. Adding this spice made my dishes very yummy and favourite to almost everyone in my home. So a big thumbs up to it👍! You can easily make any dish by adding this yellow curry masala. Its a quick and perfect way of cooking thai dish.
When we prepare any dish,we not only pay attention to how a dish tastes, we are also concerned about how it looks, how it smells and how it fits in with the rest of the meal. Thai dishes also goes very well with Indian tastes. You don’t have to do much labour. I am sharing you the recipe of mixed vegetable which is very nutritious.
Carrot- 1 cup (finely chopped)
Yum- 1 cup(cut in 1inch sauared pc)
Peas- one cup
Potatoes – 1-2 medium sized
Cauliflower – 1 cup
Capsicum – cut 1 inch square pc
Paneer- 1/2 cup cut in small cubes
Galaji yellow curry masala-2tbs
Onion-. Finely chopped 1 medium sized
Salt-as per taste
Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Crushed basil leaves-6-8
1. First take all veggies and after washing, hard boil all in pressure cooker.
2. Now take a nonstick kadahi, pour some oil ,shallow fry all veggies excluding peas. This process is optional but I apllied this as the flavour increases.
3. Take galaji masala, mixed in 1/2cup of water, keep aside.
4. Take a kadahi,pour some oil and and saute onion till it turn brown. Now put all veggies, salt, soya sauce,crushed basil leaves and masala mixed with water.
5. Pour water as required and cook till it thickens.
Now its ready to :)serve.
I tried it in making spinach veggie.
Also tried in cauliflower and paneer veggie.
All in one serving😍
