Today I am going to review Galaji Vegetable Jaipuri Sabji Masala. Yes, you can add the special authentic flavour of Jaipur by just adding this masala/spice in your dish.

MY VIEWS- As being a mom, I know that Its really a hard task to give full nutrition to your kids in such a way that they like.But serving this dish is a good way to tuck all the goodies in their tummy. Kids as well as elder one don’t like more spicy food. It gives a mild flavour in your dishes. As I used it to prepare various veggies, all have a great unique texture just like restaurant. Yes, you can prepare a restaurant style food in more easy way. As today we all have nuclear families and we don’t have much time for anything else. But we can prepare a restaurant style dish in our home by just adding this masala. So for me, its a good product of galaji masala. I really love the texture and flavour which it gave to my different veggies.
This is the recipe in which assorted vegetables cooked in authentic jaipuri style spices . I am going to give the recipe of mixed vegetable. Each and every state has a different recipe to make mixed vegetables. But this one surely become your favourite.
Mixed Vegetable’s Recipe Ingredients-
Sliced Carrots- 1/2 cup
Finely chopped fresh beans- 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum- 1/2 cup
Peas- 1/2 cup
Sliced Potato- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1 medium sized(optional)
Ginger- a small piece
Garlic- 2-3 cloves(optipnal)
Galaji jaipuri sabji masala- 2tbs
Coriander leaves- For garnishing
1. Boil all veggies in a pressure cooker for 3-4 minutes.
2. Take a kadahi, pour some oil . Put onion, ginger and garlic and saute untill it become translucent. Now mix galaji masala with 1/2 cup of water,keep aside.
3. Now take a nonstick tava, pour 1tsp of oil and all vegetables . Fry it till their texture change.
4. Put all veggies in the kadahi with masala, add water and salt as per your need.
Now, this delicious veggie is ready to serve. Serve with roti,paratha or rice. I served it with Aloo biryani.
I also prepared simple aloo-tamatar matar sabji and its taste is also good.
Tried it in stuffed aloodum. It’s really awesome!
Used in mixed vegetable with paneer sabji/ dish.
