MY VIEWS- As being a mom, I know that Its really a hard task to give full nutrition to your kids  in such a way that they like. But serving this  dish is  a good way to tuck all the goodies in their tummy. Kids as well as elder one don’t like more spicy food. It gives a mild flavour in your dishes. As I used it to prepare various veggies, all have a great unique texture just like restaurant. Yes, you can prepare a restaurant style food in more easy way. As today we all have nuclear families and we don’t have much time for anything else. But we can prepare a  restaurant style dish in our home by just adding this masala. So for me, its a good product of galaji masala. I really love the texture and flavour which it gave to my different veggies.

Now, this delicious veggie is ready to serve. Serve with roti, paratha or rice. I served it with Aloo biryani.

I also prepared simple aloo-tamatar matar sabji and its taste is also good.

Tried it in stuffed aloodum. It’s really awesome!
