As daal is a very common dish in my home. Usually we prepare it daily as it is full of nutrition . I generally make Arhar daal , because it is everyone’s favourite in my home. For a change, Sometimes I mixed another one with Arhar daal to change the taste . But this daal is really different taste, different in a manner ,a very good taste. Delicious and tasty ! Everyone specially my daughters liked it very much. So for me, It is a good product of aagman agro foods. There is no need to mix so many pulses, when you get it readymade in a market in a reasonable price. Quality is also good. If you are not opening its seal then you can keep it for 6 months without adding any preservatives.
Daal is very nicely goes with roti, rice, naan and chapati on the Indian subcontinental. In India, it is eaten with rice and with a flatbread called roti. It is very easy to cook . It is very rich in B vitamins, thiamine and folic acid as well as several minerals iron and zinc. Mixed daal increases its nutritional value.
